Mei Wah Limited accepts your order only upon shipment. Prices for shoes are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payment Terms

You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account. Payment methods are major credit cards and PayPal. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. Mei Wah Limited may use third-party payment processors. Mei Wah Limited is not responsible for errors or delays caused by payment processors.

Shipping and Delivery

Mei Wah Limited ships shoes to addresses you provide. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Mei Wah Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You must inspect all shipments upon receipt.

14 Days No-Reason Refund Policy

You may return any shoe purchased from sneakersguap.com for a refund without providing a reason. The return request must be initiated within exactly 14 days from the date you receive the shoe. To initiate a return, contact Mei Wah Limited at [email protected]. The shoe must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Mei Wah Limited will inspect the returned shoe upon receipt.

Refund processing begins after Mei Wah Limited receives and inspects the returned shoe. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Mei Wah Limited approves the refund. This 14 days period applies to all refund methods. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

PayPal Refund Specifics

If you paid with PayPal, refunds to your PayPal account take at least 14 days from the date Mei Wah Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws in some regions, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to arrive in your PayPal account. Mei Wah Limited does not control PayPal's processing times. You must contact PayPal directly for any delay beyond 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

You must inspect all shoes upon receipt. Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be rejected. To submit a claim, contact Mei Wah Limited at [email protected] with your order number, photographs of the damage, and a description of the defect. Mei Wah Limited will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or a refund. This 7 days claim period is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of sneakersguap.com are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Any claim must be brought within one year after the claim arises. Mei Wah Limited may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Mei Wah Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mei Wah Limited total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of sneakersguap.com does not exceed the amount you paid for the shoe that is the subject of the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mei Wah Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of sneakersguap.com.

Intellectual Property

All content on sneakersguap.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mei Wah Limited or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without prior written permission from Mei Wah Limited.

Termination

Mei Wah Limited may terminate or suspend your account and access to sneakersguap.com immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use sneakersguap.com ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law.
