14 Days No-Reason Refund Policy

You may return any shoe purchased from sneakersguap.com for a refund without providing a reason. The return request must be initiated within exactly 14 days from the date you receive the shoe. To initiate a return, contact Guanghe Shipping (Hk) Limited at [email protected]. The shoe must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Guanghe Shipping (Hk) Limited will inspect the returned shoe upon receipt.

Refund processing begins after Guanghe Shipping (Hk) Limited receives and inspects the returned shoe. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Guanghe Shipping (Hk) Limited approves the refund. This 14 days period applies to all refund methods. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

PayPal Refund Specifics

If you paid with PayPal, refunds to your PayPal account take at least 14 days from the date Guanghe Shipping (Hk) Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws in some regions, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to arrive in your PayPal account. Guanghe Shipping (Hk) Limited does not control PayPal's processing times. You must contact PayPal directly for any delay beyond 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

You must inspect all shoes upon receipt. Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be rejected.
